Although the State Manual is revised every 2 years (next due in 2027), a couple of additions were made for this year to be in effect for the 2026 season:
2.14.3 Nevada Administrative Code for Prevention of Bench Clearing Incidents and Physical Altercations
Nevada Administrative Code 385B.824 regulates special sanctions regarding bench clearing incidents and physical altercations. Specifically, (1) if a player leaves the bench area to participate in a bench clearing incident or physical altercation that takes place during the contest, the player and the head coach shall be ejected from the game, and (2) if 3 or more players leave the bench area to participate in the incident, the team will forfeit the game.
The Commissioner for each state sanctioned Association shall inform the head coaches of the schools for which the respective Association has jurisdiction over of the provisions and sanctions of this rule prior to the start of each season.
If the contest involves a non-NIAA member school, the Commissioner and/or Referee assigned to the contest shall inform the Athletic Director of the non-member school no less than 3 days before the start of the contest of this rule. Also, the Referee shall inform the head coach of the out of state school of the provisions of this rule during the pregame conference.

4.1.3 Accommodations for Female Officials
If the crew includes a female official. The Referee shall inform the Athletic Director of the host school no sooner than 72 hours prior to kickoff, so that the school may provide adequate dressing facilities for all officials, and a proper locale for the pregame conference. If adequate facilities were not provided by the host school the Referee shall inform the Commissioner of the issue upon completion of the event.
